Description

You can add a description up to 32,000 characters long to any item.

To edit the description, double-click “Description” (or press Command + U).





Pencil icon indicates that user editing of descriptions is disabled. 

To enable user editing of descriptions, choose “Enter Password…” from the Admin menu, then enter the correct password.

To find all items that use a keyword, double-click that keyword. To edit the list, double-click “Keywords” (or press Command + Y).
